  • Rapper Trio Mio has finally revealed why he kept his KCSE results a secret.
  • The 2022 KCSE results were out in January and many were eager to know what the rapper scored.
  • Trio became a trending topic on social media platforms along with the release of the KCSE results, with a section of netizens speculating that he had failed terribly.

Teenage rapping sensation Trio Mio has finally opened up as to why he did not share his KCSE grades when the results were out in January.

Trio who was speaking in an interview moments after landing from Dubai where he did his first international performance, made it clear that people got to know about him because of music and not through studies.

He then tells people to keep off his business while asking those considered about his grades if they want to sponsor his tertiary education.

“Bro sikukataa kusema results. Kwani mnadai kunilipia fee ya Uni nini? Acheni hizo mabuda. Shughulikeni na maisha yenu. Mimi hamkunijua ju ya darasa. Mlinijua ju ya music and I know I’m good at what I’m doing. So cheki bro, maisha ni yangu, me sipangwingwi.”

Just after the results were out, the rapper trended on Twitter along with the KCSE topic, with fans eagerly awaiting his performance.

Many  trolled the rapper with a section coming up with his alleged results.

Trio Mio’s mother Irma Sofia Sakwa told off those speculating that her son had failed the exam in a message on her social media pages mentioning that the boy had done his best and that she was pleased with Trio’s grades.

Kooo Sasa Sitabreathe coz KCSE results zimetoka?? Tulieni. The boy did his best and am very proud of him. And those speculating a D ….poleni!”she wrote.
