There was a brief scuffle and drama today morning over Nairobi city public toilets, between the two warring groups each claiming ownership of the toilets.
One group came with a court order that was issued in the year 2006 and police officers blocking residents from using the public toilets at central business district.
The police feeling the pressure of those operating the toilets currently, left and later operations resumed smoothly.
According to the operators cartels are trying to illegaly take control of the toilets.
Governor Mike Sonko’s administration maintains they will repossess all 68 public toilets in the next two weeks citing current wrangles as a distract to wananchi.
