A family in Umoja 3 Nairobi is in agony following the death of their two siblings,7 year old and another three old child who were both  locked up in their Mabati house during the inferno.
According to the residents the two were alone at the time of the incident making it difficult for them to escape.
“It started from a house where   children were like playing with candle before it caught fire which then exploded spreading quickly to other houses.So far 30 families are in cold with nothing of help.” Mark Mwangi said.
“Parents should be Very cautious because how can someone leave their children inside the house without any care and expect that all is well…we have lost two 7 year old and another child all from same house where the fire was first reported.”
They have however, blamed the County Government disaster team for not responding in good time.
“Walifika late na kupata kumechomeka so sad in deed. Tutanaomba usaidizi kutoka kwa kaunti na gava ya Ruto hatuna pa kuenda.” They added.
