Two women from Nairobi’s Kayole area are now seeking justice after their two pieces of land valued over two million shillings were allegedly grabbed from them.
Agnes Njoki and her friend Nancy Mugo claim that land cartels have invaded their land next to Matopeni and AP Camp Resettlement scheme and have done allocations to other people without their permission.
Agnes Njoki claims that ,she bought her 3 plots at 300,000 shillings in 2013 after taking a loan and that a new buyer is currently on it.
Her attempts to get help from Kayole Police station have been futile as the new buyers of his plots continue with building a house on it.
An OB seen by Ghetto Radio News indicates that she first reported the matter to Kayole Police station 1st Feb 2016 to the DCIO OB number 46.
Meanwhile they are now asking Nairobi governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko to come to their rescue so that they can have their plots back.
