Uhuru tells Sudi, Ng’eno to go insult their mothers
President Uhuru Kenyatta has responded to alleged insults on his mother from a section of politicians, telling them to instead insult their mothers.
Uhuru who spoke yesterday during a visit in Ruaka asked the leaders to leave his mother alone.
Emurua Dikir MP Johana Ng’eno and Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi have made headlines since Monday for allegedly insulting former First Lady Mama Ngina.
“Wale watu washenzi wanaenda huko wakitukana mama yangu, waambieni wakatukane mama zao wachaane na mama yangu,” Uhuru said.
Sudi and Ng’eno’s remarks sparked outrage across the country with many people calling them out for disrespecting women.
Sudi however maintained that he will not apologise adding that he had insulted no one.
