A section of Street Boys in Nairobi (CBD) have come out to allege being sodomized by unknown men at night.
Street boys Narrate Their ordeal
In a video circulating online, several street boys narrated their ordeals claiming that the men often approach them while they are naked after bath at night.

“Sasa mimi niliinama hivi kuchukua mafuta …saa ile time naenda kuchukua mafuta ehh nikasikia huyu kijana ameniambia aje…eh Papa hauko rada…toka hapo huyo mtu amekusimamishia,” one of the street boy seen in the Video shared by Haaland Shola on X alleged.
“Ule msee alisema yeye hawezi kuliwa nyuma lakini yeye anaweza kula mwanamume nyuma,”

One of the victims revealed that he was sodomized last Wednesday during the night which made him to go to hospital and seek medication.
The street boys allege that these incidents have become rampant calling on the government to come to their rescue.
Nandi Sodomy cases
Meanwhile security leaders in Nandi have raised concern over a rise in cases involving elderly men being sodomized at night in various areas.
Frederick Ogola, the Deputy County Commissioner of Chesumei sub-county, indicated that the perpetrators are often unidentified young men.

“Although some of the old men have not reported as they fear the embarrassment and trauma around the issue, others have opened up calling for justice. We will not tolerate such behaviour within our society and in this sub-county. Action will be taken,”Ogola said.
Political and Religious leaders also came out to condemn such acts calling on the police to arrest the perpetrators.
“What are these we are hearing here? Where is our society heading? When did such become part of our traditions?”Nominated MP Bishop Jackson Kosgei asked.
