Voter Verification Kicks Off In Polling Stations

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has launched the verification of voter details.

The process which will kick off Thursday will go on for the next 30 days.

IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati says Kenyans will be required to physically present themselves at the polling stations to ensure that their voting details are correct.

Chebukati says more than 10,000 machines have been deployed to polling stations to cater for the exercise.
