Tickets for the event were priced as $150 for VIP which was also classified as general admission and $300 for all access.
Dancehall fans arrived in droves expecting a synchronized experience but were served with disorganization instead.
The section which was set for picking wristbands for identification purposes had poor signage which left revelers with headache while trying to gain entry.
Additionally, long queues were encountered stretching up to two hours which saw some revelers giving up and leaving the venue.
Further adding fuel to the mess was the depletion of wristbands which left the promoters with no option but to allow revelers to gain entry without them.

Fans Voice Their Frustrations On Social Media
The disorganization at Kartel’s concert saw a section of revelers taking to social media to voice their frustrations.
We camped on the internet and sampled a few of the dissenting voices.
“I’ve been around the world and this is by far the worst execution I’ve ever seen”
“The Vybz Kartel concert was the most unorganized event I’ve been to in my life”
“The ticketing process was an absolute mess, despite paying good money I was met with chaos, delays and a complete lack of organization. It’s unacceptable that fans have to go through this just to see an artists they love. The organizers need to do better-this was a blatant failure and people deserve refunds or real accountability.
