Where is mama Ayew or is he a single father?
The two questions become common when such a perfect father figure pose shows up. Abedi Ayew nicknamed Pele, is a former Ghanaian celebrated national footballer and captain. He is the father to the Ayews; Andre, Jordan, Ibrahim and the only daughter Imani. All like him apart from the daughter Imani play football with Andre and Jordan making it to the 2022 national team which could be their last world cup.
Ibrahim Ayew, 34 is also a professional footballer who played for the national team now active in Bruno’s Magpies Club in Gibraltar National League as a defensive midfielder. Imani, 24 the only daughter unlike the brothers is into the fashion industry as a model.

Ayew as a father is very close and involved in the sons lives as children to date. A memory that any competitive sportsman would love to wash away. Andres daughter is reported to have collapsed to the shock.

Meet the queen, Maha Ayew

As the saying goes, behind every successful man there is a strong woman. The beautiful reserved Queen Maha turned 54 on August 10th. She got married to Abedi, the legend and former Black Stars captain in 1987. Maha is a director and shareholder of FC Nania, a division one league team in Ghana. It is associated with Abedi ‘Pele’ Ayiew. He earned the name Pele because of his style of play, physic and achievements as a young player.
The six form a perfect family of legends who have contributed credibly for Ghana and the Black stars.
