Social media platforms are ablaze with speculation as former Kakamega governor Wycliffe Oparanya finds himself embroiled in controversy over his alleged relationship with 31 year old Mary Biketi described as his hottest side chic.
The internet storm erupted when Mary purportedly shared photos and a video online, showcasing intimate moments with the 68 year old ex governor.
