A woman claiming to be the late Simeon Nyachae’s wife has emerged with a 47 year old son.
Margaret Kerubo claims that she was in a relationship with Nyachae and bore him two children.
According to Kerubo, she met Nyachae in 1973 when he ws working at Jogoo House in Kisii County.
According to the 65-year-old woman, they sired their first child – Rodney Nyachae, who accompanied her to the presser – that same year before the second – Nyandusi Nyachae – followed six years later.
Kerubo who has all along been in the US says that she travelled to the country in November last year to see Mzee Nyachae but was blocked due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
She also states that she was blocked from Nyachae’s burial site by his eldest son Charles Nyachae.
This was despite her attending the funeral service at Gusii Stadium.
