Woman Looking For Missing Grandchild
A woman in Nairobi’s Huruma area is looking for her five year old granddaughter who went missing two weeks ago.
Consolata Mukhuzi says that her granddaughter Maurine Khatetsa went missing on the 10th September when she was on her way home from school.
Khatesta is a PP1 pupils at Huruma Primary School, ECD wing.
“Ningependa kuambia mwenye ako na mtoto wangu ampeleke kwa polisi yoyote kwa sababu nimepiga ripoti na nikawacha number yangu.Naomba Mungu mahali penye yuko ampe uhai .Maureen ni mtoto mdogo …Mungu anipe kama bado yuko hai,”said Mukhuzi.
When she went missing she was wearing a light blue dress, a navy blue sweater and cream and brown sandals.
“Alivaa floater za cream and brown, uniform ni light blue na sweater ni ya navy blue .Ako nursery Huruma primary,”she added.
She has also asked the government to move in swiftly and address the growing cases of child abductions in Huruma.
“Naomba serikali iweke ulinzi kali na wakipata watu wanaofanya hii kazi, wamnase tu atoe orodha ya watu ambao wanafanya hii kazi juu hawa watu ni kama wako na agents wao,” she said.
