Eliud Wekesa alias Mwalimu Yesu WA Tongaren presented himself before Bungoma police station early on Wednesday.
Speaking at Bungoma Police Station the self-proclaimed Jesus said that he will not hire any lawyer since he will be represented by the sun and moon.
“Though it will be so hard for you to understand but I will not have any other lawyer apart from the moon and the sun since I have not committed any offence against human being,” he said.

Started mission when he was 32 years old
Yesu Wa Tongaren who was accompanied by his followers said that he started his mission when he was 32 years old and now he is 42 he has not done any offence and he understands that law breakers should be arrested.
” I started working for God when I was 32 years old and today I am 42 year old I have never broken any law since the ship I am sailing for this generation is under school of prophecy and spiritual morals that are inspired by God,” he said.
Yesu wa Tongaren presented himself at the Bungoma police station after he was summoned. This is the second time the controversial preacher is being summoned by the police.
On Monday he was also summoned by the Bungoma Police Commander who accused him giving controversial teachings to women.
The commander claimed that some of the women in Yesu Wa Tongaren’s Church are even abandoning their husbands to go stay with him.
The judiciary yesterday swore in a commission of inquiry set up by President William Ruto to look into the Shakahola massacre.
