Youngest Stars Who Sprouted With The Covid-19 Pandemic

As Covid-19 pandemic ate into the world’s economy, Kenyans witnessed the rise of many stars built by the online platforms.

One of the stars that rose during the pandemic was nine year old Grade 3 Comedienne Bridget Bema.

Bridgit Bema-a younger sister to Popular Churchill Show Comedian YY who is being likened to the witty, hilarious and most decorated West African Young Comedienne – Emmanuela.

Bema’s skits revolve around playing naughty kid who gets out of tricky situations in a rural school set up.

Her rise has been incredibly fast that many Kenyans have subscribed to her YouTube Channel that currently has almost 70,000 subscribers.

The other star who has risen is Trio Mio a 16 Yr old form two student who also took the Kenyan Music Industry by storm with his famed hit “Cheza kama Wewe” that surpassed a million streams in three weeks.

His Star shone brighter as he was able to Marshall the big acts to his side,he remixed the song with Mejja and had The OG Khaligraph Jones jamming to his flow.

With Schools closed and having enough time to their hands the young Stars capitalized on the internet craze to push their brands and it really paid off.
