Kenyans are demanding the release of Dr. Austine Oduor Omondi alias Japrado who was abducted by unknown men.

In a statement to newsroom  Kenya Dentist Association  has shown concern over  whereabouts the medic saying it amount to human rights violation.

“We firmly believe in the principles of due process and call for Dr Omondi’s swift release. The KDA stands in solidarity with Dr Omondi’s family and colleagues during this difficult time,” the statement  said.

it futher said that t Dr Omondi has kept to the oath he took of offering care to his fellow countrymen, adding that it will leave no stone unturned in looking for him.

KDA also urged the authorities to join them and ensure his well-being, assuring them to continue monitoring Dr Omondi’s situation closed.

Kenyans Reaction

“We demand his release immediately. This is not a banana republic the young man has been giving Kenyans  medical  services as per what he took oath for. What else do you expect from him.Kwani hii nchi inaelekea wapi jamani this is nonsense na hatutakubali,’’ Biga Nairobi resident said.

“We losing it how can government start abducting his own people…this is not a police state let us not militarize the nation because of politics. The rights we are enjoying is because there are people who fought for them so that we are relieved today #ReleaseJaprado.” James Mwaka said on X.
