Bongo songbird Nandy tapped Kenya’s Khaligraph Jones in her infectious ‘Dah’ remix comprising of the biggest names in the Bongo Hip hop fraternity. G Nako, Joh Makini, Rosa Ree, Stamina and Moni Centrozone joined Nandy and Khaligraph for this masterpiece.
Barely a month ago, Nandy teamed up with Alikiba in ‘Dah’ which has since emerged as one of the biggest songs in musical history. On You Tube alone it boasts of a whooping 8M views and still counting.
Many have since opined that it was good for Khaligraph to join his brothers and sisters across the borders after his earlier confrontation in his song, Bongo Favour done barely six months ago.
In the song “Bongo Favour” the Chocha rapper called out Bongo’s Hip hoppers for their laxity.
Surprisingly, an artist like G Nako whom Khaligraph had singled out among his ‘bongo lazy lot’ is also present in ‘Dah’ remix. In fact, G Nako is the one who kicks off the massacre.
His Weusi brother, Joh Makini follows through as Nandy comes with the chorus before Rosa Ree comes spitting fire.
During Khaligraph’s war with Bongo Flava, Rosa Ree served Khaligraph with hot disses however, now she passes the mic to none other than the OG himself, Khaligraph Jones.

Lone Ranger
Watching ‘Dah’ remix video, Khaligraph emerges as a lone ranger from its arrangement. All the Bongo acts were on one set with Nandy whining queenly like a true African Princess like she refers to herself.
She’s dressed in a pearl-white mini dress with her head covered in a crown and hands embellished with gloves. She sits on a mega floral design giving her the aura of an alpha female.
Khaligraph shot his verse dead into the night in a lone Nairobi street, Cardinal Otunga.
Despite being a lone ranger, he also broke the monotony earlier witnessed. Coming to the lyrics, it’s all easy like ABCD as Omollo delivers as usual.
With a killer flow and a wordplay to die for, Khaligraph further affirms his loyalty to Nandy who’s the ‘bride’.
“Show nakupea free na sihitaji depo, chamge, ye huniita ‘mali safi chito” he raps partly.
Following Khaligraph is Nandy with the chorus as Moni Centrozone proves why he earned a slot next. Soon comes Stamina with Nandy having changed into another queenly pink gown.
With barely 15 hours from it’s release, the numbers are already moving like lightning. Already, it’s on trending list at position 24 with projections of climbing the charts.
While promoting the song on social media, Khaligraph noted a slight error which is all evident as his name is carried as “Khaligraph John”.
Nonetheless, ‘Dah’ remix is all but a masterpiece.
