Strathmore University now says that they have no record of Brian Mwenda in their student or alumni database,contradicting his claim of attending the institution.
Through a memo letter dated 16th October stating the authenticity of Brian Njagi Mwenda LLB qualification,the administration say that Brian Mwenda did not graduate from the Strathmore Law School nor was he a student of the school at any one time.
”It has come to the notice of the University Management that one Brian Njagi Mwenda ,who is the subject of Law Society (LSK) investigations as a masquerading advocate ,claims to be a graduate of Strathmore Law School,”
”Strathmore University Management wishes to state for the record that the said person did not graduate from Strathmore Law School,nor was he a student of the School at any one time.The above named does not appear in the University database of students or alumni.” The memo reads.
The University Management also gave out a link for the official verification site for all the authenticity of any graduate claiming to be from Strathmore University.

The link http://verify.strathmore.edu/ is the official verification site for all to verify the authenticity of any graduate claiming to be from Strathmore University Management therefore states for the record that any claims made by the said person concerning his qualifications or association with Strathmore are entirely false and should be disregarded.” The memo concludes.
Recent Activities
Brian Mwenda came to limelight after he presented himself voluntarily to Directorate of Criminal Investigations after which he was arrested.
Brian’s father Njagi defended Brian’s educational background saying Brian excelled in a diploma course in criminology, which eventually paved his way into Strathmore University in 2017
He said that Brian’s performance at Strathmore was exceptional, culminating in his graduation in 2020.
Njagi revealed that his son later joined the Kenya School of Law, completing his studies in December 2022.
‘Fake Lawyer’ Brain Mwenda had earlier won twenty six cases represented to him .
