Barely two months after dismissal from Strathmore University, Professor Fredrick Ogolla has threatened to fight back.

According to the decorated scholar,the university’s management erred when it penned ‘grossmisconduct’ on his CV during his unceremonious exit from the institution.
Dented Reputation
He claims that negative comment by the institution on resume is likely to render him jobless despite years of illlustrous academic and career journey.
“The comment renders me not to earn from what I have worked for, my precious CV, as small as I am I only have my CV, good reputation and ready to work,Strathmore is Goliath billions of money and the entire school of law, with people full of ego who are ready to kill my career for that I am going to defend my reputation ,” Ogolla added.
He says that the sole reason for the start of the legal battle with the institution is to clear his name of the comments by the Nairobi west based institution.

Dismissed From Seminary
Ogolla says he wanted to be Catholic priest and even joined a seminary, but the dream hit a dead end when he was dismissed from the seminary for undisclosed reasons.
He reflects living in Kibra’s Katwekera area amid all temptations to join dominant criminal gangs,but chose not to and instead took the academic route.
“There were options to take that were nit inspiring, I tried to become a priest but I did not succeed because I was dismissed from the seminary how can all this go in vail.
Academic Pundit
With five undergraduate degrees, two masters degrees and one PhD in Management Science and Innovation with a focus on Strategy, Execution from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and 14 World Bank certifications,Ogolla claim that the comment render him unemployable.
He however took notice of the university’s vast resources that he claims may impede the cause of justice.
Outside world of academia, Ogolla’s life has been very controversial after he married his wife’s cousin. He had been previously arrested over his wife’s alleged muder in their Lavington home.
However, the postmortem results freed him of the accusation after it was established that she died of blood clots and fluids in her lungs.
