A bright and needy boy from Mukuru slums is yet to join the university over lack of school fees.
Desmond Mugera who was called at the Multimedia University of Kenya to pursue a course in software engineering is still languishing at home.
Mugera says that he is unable to raise the Ksh. 37,000 per year required as school fees at the university.
He says that his parents are hawkers whose meager earnings are not even enough to feed them.
He is now pleading with well wishers to come out and help him raise the money to enable him join the university.
