For students who attained a minimum grade of D+, various diploma and certificate programs await at approved colleges, polytechnics, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions.
However, eligibility for degree courses is reserved for those who achieved a grade of C+ and above.
During the second revision process, KUCCPS outlined specific requirements for applicants. The full KCSE Index Number must be entered into the designated slot on the login page, omitting the slash (/). Additionally, students are urged to utilize either their KCPE Index Number or Birth Certificate Number as their password for authentication purposes.

In a cautionary note, KUCCPS highlighted that courses not listed on the portal are presently unavailable for application, indicating that they may have reached capacity during previous rounds of submissions.
However, the service also extends limited opportunities for Artisan Certificate Programs, catering to students who did not attain a minimum grade of D+ in their KCSE examinations.
This time-sensitive directive underscores KUCCPS’s commitment to facilitating accessible and equitable tertiary education opportunities for Kenya’s student population.
