Gor Mahia have appointed Brazilian tactician Leornard Martins Neiva as their new head coach .
The former footballer is taking over from Jonathan McKinstry who was appointed the Gambian National Team Head Coach.
Additionally the club announced the Neiva will be deputized be Zedekiah “Zico” Otieno and Michael Nam.

He started his career in futsal at Fluminense FC.
He later moved played for Bonsucesso FC among other clubs
His Coaching Profile
Neiva is a CAF A Licence holder, UEFA Pro and CBF Pro Licence Holder .
He has had coaching roles at America CF,Platinum Stars ,Bonsucesso-RJ,Yadanarborn FC and Rakhine United .
He also worked at Associacao Atletico ,Montego Bay United the Saint Kitts and Nevis National team.
Between 2021 and 2022,he worked at Sudan and CECAFA region heavyweights AL-Merrikh
Improving His Football Skills
Leonardo has been studying and improving his football skills .
2007 He attended the Coach licence in Brazil,at Brazil Football Coach association and later joined several football clubs .
In 2017 Leonardo Neiva obtained the CONMEBOL A Licence from the Brazilian Football Confederation in Brazil.
In 2019 Coach Leonardo Finalized the Pro Licence Course which is the highest ciaching certification available .
