It was an East African affair as Kenya’s Nyashinski, Uganda’s Jose Chameleon and Tanzania’s, Alikiba teamed up in offering Dar es Sallam fans a night of a lifetime at the Serengeti Octoba Fest.

The sold out event saw the three music giants create sweet memories with their fans while also enjoying the moment.

Special Tribute To Professor Jay

Ugandan crooner Jose Chameleon gave a thrilling performance backed up by a band.

Fans were over the moon as they sang  Chameleon’s lyrics word for word.

Chameleon also paid a special tribute to legendary bongo rapper, Professor Jay with whom they collaborated with on the song, Sivyo ndivyo.

“Joseph Haule, show me your hands up for Professor Jay, one hand for Professor Jay” Uttered Chameleon.

He then proceeded to do their 2007 collaboration with the crowd in bewilderment.

Other songs sang by Chameleon included Valuvalu, Kipepeo and Dorotia.

One Man Army

Kenya’s Nyashinski proved he’s a one man army when he gave an eye catching showpiece.

The Mungu Pekee rapper performed some of his all time biggest hits while also touching on their former group, Kleptomaniax catalogue on songs like Swing swing and Tuendelee among others.

With dark sun glasses covering his face, he commanded the stage while also interacting with the audince.

Alikiba’s Charm

When his turn came, Alikiba affirmed that he’s a vocal powerhouse.

The Kings Music don performed some of his past hits among them ‘Usiniseme’.

He was backed up by dancers and joined them in their routine dances at intervals.

Alikiba also sang some of his recent hits with Mahaba getting a wild reception.

The festive season is currently on and artistes are at the moment crisscrossing regions in staging performances.

Just the other day, Sauti Sol joined Harmonize for a show in Dar es Sallam.
