Two Football Kenya Federation Premier League fixtures postponed last weekend due to adverse weather conditions now have new dates and venues, officials confirmed today.
The games originally scheduled to be played at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos will now take place at the Dandora Stadium in Nairobi on Tuesday.
Posta Rangers are set to face FC Talanta at 3 PM with Nairobi City Stars versus Ulinzi Stars slated for a noon kickoff on the same artificial turf.
Ulinzi Stars announced in a statement shared on X
‘’FIXTURE RESCHEDULED We have received confirmation of the change in date and venue of our postponed game against Nairobi City Stars. The game will be played on Tuesday 7th at Dandora Stadium starting at 12:00pm.’’ Read The statement

Fkf Match Postponement
FKF issued a statement announcing the calling off of the weekend fixtures
”Two FKF Premier League matches scheduled for today at Machakos Stadium have been postponed due to heavy rainfall.
The affected fixtures: Posta Rangers vs FC Talanta and Nairobi City Stars vs Ulinzi Stars, will be rescheduled for a later date, to be communicated soon.
FKF is closely monitoring the weather conditions. The new dates for these matches will be communicated when suitable and safe conditions for all involved are ensured.” read the FKF statement
The venue hosted two games on Saturday one was a National Super League match, and the other was an FKF Premier League duel.
Naivas FC faced off against Vihiga Bullets before making way for the match between Sofapaka and Shabana FC.
In both games, the players struggled with the slippery and soggy pitch, making it difficult for the ball to move easily.
