However, the first half-hour mark was quite shaky, though he pulled it fairly well. In the remaining half hour, he seemed at ease as his touches grew.
His selection of music was also top notch as he navigated from Amapiano, Afrobeats to Reggae and dancehall.

Two DJ Tutors at His Disposal
Majimaji counts himself lucky by having two tutors taking him through the paces, there’s Katta and Ricks the Ultimate all in-house disc jockeys at Kenya’s urban leading media house, Ghetto Radio.
Speaking of his student, Katta noted that he’s a quick learner and harbors great passion.
He further added that what’s remaining now is practice and consistency leading to efficiency in delivery.
“Manze ako fiti tu sana huwezi sema ni first timer, kitu imebaki ni tizi kwa sana ndio azidi kuiva…naaminia atakuwa mkali” uttered Katta.

On his side, Majimaji shared his excitement comparing it to some taking Golf or skating as a relaxation hobby.
He added that he was doing it for fun noting that he would play on radio once he’s fully equipped and maybe during his friends’ parties.
He estimated that he would be at his optimum at the end of six weeks.
